Share this Training in MLM is a little misunderstood. A very important fact that I’ve noticed about the Network Marketing is that just equipping your team with the technical knowledge and “How To’s” isn’t enough to achieve massive success in this industry.
No matter how many trainings, conference calls, webinars etc. that a person attends it’s 2 more very important keys to really achieving the success that you want to achieve in this industry. I’m sure that you can agree, that no matter what company you may be in this statement is still true, “If you talk to a little bit of people you make a little Bit of Money. If you talk to no one, you make No Money, and if you talk to A Lot of People, to make A Lot of Money!!”
This subject on the effectiveness of training in mlm really puzzled me until I got confirmation from watching a training by, The Great Jerry Clark. In the training Jerry shared a powerful concept that I’m going to share you with you shortly. He talked about how after doing hours of trainings and his team still not implementing the strategies that he taught, he decided to start taking off the entire weekend to do bootcamp trainings. After seeing that the weekend bootcamp trainings didn’t work effectively either, he decided to go speak with a Stanford Pschologist.
What the psychologist told him was, “People acting like they don’t know what to do, it makes them feel better about not doing it.” He also said, “Personal Breakthroughs occur when there is an altering in beliefs. But most people never question their beliefs. Thus, Breakthroughs rarely occur for others.”
With that profound information from the Stanford Psychologist, you have to understand it’s very important to be able to alter your team members and clients belief systems without them knowing that you’re doing it.
If you seriously desire to achieve massive success in your network marketing business, it’s essential that you build off of the principle of the Success Triangle. I’m sure you may have heard different stories about the Success Triangle but I find this particular mode a lot more effective for me and my team…..

This is a great post Mr. Marquel Russel. Thank you for going more into detail about how to’s and team communication. It does help to challenge your team to increase his or her faith. Believe bigger, but to stay straight. It’s one thing to teach him or her “believe wealth & achieve it” but it is another to actually teach him or her the wisdom necessary to accomplish the tasks.
This entire process can be and should be done altogether. Meaning when you teach faith, you follow up with what action to take to achieve the results.
This can be done by starting with your personal story then going into mlm training principles, then go further into putting it altogether. For example:
* How I went from low point to better higher point followed by
* The foundation of learning attraction followed by
* Why you want to implement attraction into your business model followed by
* How to technically put it all together. This final step is what many and most call attraction marketing. The actual marketing funnel, the email form, the darn autoresponder list, but attraction marketing is spreading love by marketing a message with a purpose.
This is the most on point and directive mlm training you can give your team. Thank you for writing this post Mr. Russel and you have and I pray you wonderful and blessed career Sir. (In Jesus name I pray Amen!)
