   Hi Marquel,

   Bringing on leaders allows you to expand your presence.

   Be there to help, be there to assist, especially in the beginning. But you need to let your team work the system without you pushing them each day. You can be cause for inspiration but the action part is on them.

   Personal production is a huge motivator. Also, creating like crazy. If your system involves writing blog posts or articles, you better do it too. Networking with folks on FB? You better do it too. Tweeting and engaging? You better do it too.

   Others need to follow your lead, through your example.

   Hey Marquel,
   Awesome my friend! Your video makes a lot of sense.
   Personal example is what attracts people ..they start to wonder, hmm if this guy can make a full time income with his home based business then I can do it too. They need our example and guidance as mentors but in the end they have to put the work in. Push them to the front and they will learn ” how to fly”.

   I agree with Ryan. In the beginning better we give 200% from what we got in terms of putting value out there and networking with people. The system may be automated but it works only if we work.

   I always enjoy hearing for feedback. As we all know people do what you do, not what you say.
   And staying in Production mode is the best Inspiration we can give as leaders. Cream rises to the top, and a Leader will always reveal themselves.

   Hey Radu,

   I see alot of people get burned out putting all their time and energy into prospects that are “Curious” & Not “Serious” instead of plugging them into a system and just being the coach.
   People want to be lead, so if we stay Laser Beamed focused on the Prize, the ones that really want it will follow.

If everyone committed to doing that alone the we would start to see more New Faces walk the stage at live events and we would see alot of New Names on the Leader boards.
