Network marketing is a +$100 billion dollar per year industry which represents an accessible way for the average person to launch a legitimate business with the potential of generating very substantial income.
It offers the opportunity to launch a business on a part-time basis, and then growing that into a full-time (or more) income. And it requires the least amount of start-up capital and ongoing operating expense of virtually any legitimate business model.
It is responsible for creating more millionaires than any other industry in the history of the world.
Paul Zane Pilzer, a world renowned economist and college professor, goes so far as to predict that over 10 million new millionaires will be created through network marketing over the next 10 years.
But as great as that may seem, as you may already know, this industry or entrepreneurship in general isn’t for everyone. I’ve worked with a lot of people throughout my Network Marketing career and I’ve noticed 6 Key Qualities that we all must have if we want to achieve Massive Success in this wonderful industry and they are:
1. Passion: Passion is a term applied to a very strong feeling about a person or thing. Passion is an intense emotion, compelling feeling, enthusiasm, or desire for something(As Definied By Wikipedia). Whatever activities that we’re involved in, we must have a certain level of passion.
2. Self Motivation: I always get the question, “How do I get and/or keep my team motivated?” And my answer is always the same, “You Don’t! You Can Only Inspire Them Through Your Personal Production” Motivation comes from within, in other words, Your Inner-Self. Your Level of Self Motivation will be driven by your level of Passion!
3. Entrepreneurial Spirit: To have high Entrepreneurial Spirit simply means to have focus, perserverance and be innovative. You also must understand Why it’s important to be an entrepreneur in Today’s Economy. We all have an Entrepreneurial Spirit laying dormant inside of us we just have to nourish and cultivate it. Network Marketing helps you to do so.
4. Sociable: If you dislike socializing and are not open to developing as a more effective socializer then this industry is definitely not suitable for you. Not only, this industry but even as a traditional business owner you must be sociable because all money comes from people and if you aren’t able to socialize with people how do you expect to make any money? 5. Break Your Comfort Zone: This is probably the most important quality of the 6, because this industry is a Personal Development Course with a Compensation Plan. All that simply means is that the more you grow in this industry the more your bank account and your influence will grow. All kinds of resources and help will not do you any good if you get too comfortable with your current lifestyle. Increasing your comfort zone means expanding your scope of learning. The more skillsets you develop the more value you’re able to bring to the marketplace which will inturn increase your Networth.
6. Understanding Marketing: Last, but certainly not least, you have to understand how to market yourself effectively. Most Network Marketer get caught up trying to market their companies’ or their companies’ products and they wonder why they never achieve the success that they desire. In this industry you have to learn to become the Hunted instead of the Hunter. This concept is called, Attraction Marketing, this form of marketing is simply leading with value instead of trying to force your company onto your prospects from the beginning.
