With that being said I wanted to create this article that actually reveals a 5 Step Blueprint that has been Time Tested and Proven to NEVER Fail when it comes to email marketing.

5 Step Email Marketing Blueprint That NEVER Fails
1. Building Your List
*Some people may ask, “What do I need to be working on in order to build my list? And that’s a great question.
-First and foremost, you want to be working on your Value Packed Freebie a.k.a Your Lead Generation Magnet. This is some form of value for your prospect that they would pay for but you’re giving it to them for FREE in exchange for the Name, Email Address and their Phone Number is Optional(Making the Phone Number Mandatory can decrease Opt Ins, but it can result in a higher quality lead. I just make it optional and give away a Free Phone Consultation for those that leave their number).
-Ensure that you’re giving your prospect multiple opportunities to enter their info into your Opt In box(especially on your blog). You can create FREE Webforms in Aweber.
-You can also place links within relevant content, such as articles, blog post etc. to drive traffic to your Opt In Forms
-There are also tons of marketing strategies that we cover in Infinite Success University to help drive traffic to your Opt In Forms to build your list.
NOTE: Your overall goal is to find quality subscribers. Worry less about numbers than attracting and finding people who are interested in the content and products you have to offer.
2. Understanding Your List
-Ask your readers via surveys to find out what information they need, what products they buy and why they buy your products.
-Observe your target market feedback on your blog, in forums, incoming emails, website statistics and even Outside Observation(on other target market blogs, forums, social networks, product reviews etc).
NOTE: Studying the behavior of your prospects will give you so much insight into how to speak to them, what to offer them and when to do it. Be sure to incorporate this study into your regular daily action plan.
3. Formatting Your Emails(as always, keep it simple for best results and the least amount of work)
-For most emails, just email one offer or write about one subject at a time.
-Be sure to have a Call To Action each time. You want to train your subscribers to do something(even if it’s not always to buy) in each email.
-Give Hints on What’s Next: Keep your readers anticipating your next email. It’s called an “Open Loop.” We see it all the time in sitcoms.
-Subject Lines: Remember, your Subject lines serve no other purpose than to get your reader to open the email(Be Creative).
-From Lines: Always use the same email address and name in the from line. A personal name will create a more connected response to your readers.
-Use a P.S.: Use a P.S. to convince your reader to take your offer, tell them what’s coming up, direct them to a particular part of your email etc.
-Speak Directly to Your reader: Don’t speak to a group. Email is personal, so write to one person at a time.
-Personalize, but be natural. Personalization can be very powerful, but please don’t go overboard.
4. Scheduling Your Emails
NOTE: There is no right or wrong way when it comes to scheduling. The best schedule depends on your target market’s response and your own preferences.
-Test response rates on different dates.
-Keep your readers up to date on what’s going to happen next and when you’ll be emailing(when this is appropriate of course).
-Plan your schedule around your product promos.
-More frequent emails means you can add more offers without it appearing like you’re bombarding your list.
-You can easily email more frequently if you make shorter emails.
-Find a basic schedule that suits your own schedule.
5. What To Send?
NOTE: If you plan ahead, you can create all kinds of great value for your readers and promotional tools for your business.
*Remember Your Credibility*
-Do Your Research: Don’t promote any product or person without doing proper research.
-Be Careful With Fads: In most markets(of course there are some exceptions), fads aren’t credibility builders.
-Be Honest: Tell the whole truth when promoting products. Not every product is a good fit for every person.
*Offers You Can Make*
-Tell your readers about new products.
-Tell them about existing products.
-Offer new bonuses with product purchases.
-Give out coupons
-Make offers in the context of the content you’re sending out.
-Don’t forgot about Your own personal product promos.
*Content You Can Send Out*
-Live Streaming/Recorded Video
-Screen Capture Video
-Commentary on News & Blogposts etc.
